Due to dynamic growth in the Greek market, Raben Group announced a €10 million investment in the construction of a zero-emission logistics center in Thessaloniki. The new facility is designed not only to meet the expectations of Raben INTERTRANS customers, but also to expand the portfolio of products in Contract Logistics, Domestic Distribution and in the area of Temperature Controlled (TCL) Food Logistics.
The logistics center will be built on a 50-acre plot of land owned by Raben Group and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and includes the creation of a 4,000 square meter cross-dock warehouse with 40 loading/unloading ramps, with a cooling chamber for food products, as well as the construction of 700 square meters of offices.
