Its core business includes primarily the distribution of groupage shipments in Germany and Europe, distribution and procurement logistics as well as warehouse and logistics services. For the time being the company will continue to operate under the name GS Frachtlogistik GmbH. The contract also covers 35 transport vehicles, including trucks with the gross vehicle weight of up to 24 tons. In addition, Raben will gain 8,000 m2 of warehouse capacity in Garching in Northern part of Munich and 7,500 pallet spaces in a high storage warehouse. Additional 1,000 m2 of air cargo security storage are available for transport orders that are processed through the nearby Munich airport
