The Golden Emblem and the Logistics Leader awarded to Raben - results of the Logistics Operator of the Year 2019 in Poland

On December 5, 2019, the results of the 18th edition of the Logistics Operator of the Year 2019 survey were announced during the Gala of Logistics, Transport and Production in the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw. The winner of the Golden Emblem was Raben Logistics Polska, thus taking the first place in the ranking of companies enjoying the greatest trust of customers. In turn, Raben Transport was awarded the statuette of the Logistics Leader in the category of the Most Reliable Provider of FTL Services.

Raben Logistics Polska has won the ranking of the Logistics Operator of the Year for the 4th time. Last year, the company also received the title of the Logistics Leader in the “Most competitive company” category. It is worth mentioning that Raben regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys, and the received opinions are valuable guidelines determining the activities thanks to which the company can successfully offer logistics with a human face. In this year's edition of the  Logistics Operator of the Year survey, Raben Logistics Polska achieved a high NPS score (Net Promoter Score - loyalty index) amounting to as much as 80%. In turn, 82% of survey participants are promoters of the Raben brand who willingly recommend the company services to other businesses.

The award was accepted on behalf of the company by Janusz Anioł, General Director of Raben Logistics Polska.

It is also a proof that it is worth regularly asking customers for their opinions in our own satisfaction surveys because thanks to them we can quickly find out which elements of the service we provide are at the highest level and which ones require improvement. Not only those who work in the customer service department or care about customer satisfaction by changing and optimizing processes, but all of them. The statuette for the Most Reliable Provider of FTL Services was accepted by Paweł Trębicki, General Director of Raben Transport. Over the past two years the company has taken many valuable initiatives to digitise business, increase security, protect the environment and support internal and external stakeholders with its CSR activities. The result is a high level of customer satisfaction, which this year reached 86.6% and increased by almost 20% compared to the previous survey conducted in 2017.

Full truckload transport services are considered by some to be relatively simple and the companies providing them to be difficult to differentiate. The Logistics Operator of the Year is a joint project of several dozen leading logistics operators. Its aim is to provide market participants with the knowledge of customers' expectations and the quality of provided logistics services. Based on the findings of the survey, a ranking of companies is created which enjoy the greatest trust of their customers. The ranking is used to promote logistics services of the highest quality.
